I'll never forget the game. . .June 11th, 1976.  It was Bill Veeck Night at Cleveland Stadium. . . they were celebrating my Dad.  Little did I know we'd also be celebrating an amazing home run by an amazing man!

The Indians had two outs in the bottom of the 13th inning and the visiting White Sox were up 4-3.  Player-Manager Frank Robinson inserted himself to pinch hit for Cleveland.  As they say, the rest is history.  The incomparable Robinson hit a walk off home run (his 584th) leading his team to a 5-4 victory!
