Fun Is Good Lessons from the movie Groundhog Day

Tomorrow is Groundhog Day! We love the 1993 classic Groundhog Day movie - it's filled with Fun Is Good lessons.  The truth is... we're just excited to talk about the movie with our friend, Bill Murray!

Lesson #1: We all "cast a shadow" everyday.  Remember to show people your good stuff … show them your kindness, your passion, your fun and your goodness! 

Lesson #2: Fun and respect makes your job easier.  It may take some time, but eventually, if we're creative and make a few adjustments, we can bring fun, joy, respect and appreciation to those around us - even Ned Ryerson. 

Lesson #3: Slowdown, pay attention, be present and engage with the people around you.  We have so much to learn from each other.

Lesson #4: Don't sweat the small stuff.  When you see the big picture and what really matters, everything comes into focus.

Lesson #5: Show gratitude by telling the people around you (even your co-workers) what they mean to you.
